President William Ruto has praised religious leaders for their continued contribution to national development and the moral guidance they offer society.
Speaking during an engagement with faith leaders from Kiambu County, the President emphasized the importance of collaboration among all sectors of leadership to drive meaningful transformation in the country.
He noted that religious leaders are instrumental in fostering strong moral values and have consistently supported key sectors such as education and healthcare.
“Achieving real progress as a nation demands unity and cooperation across all leadership fronts—both political and religious,” Ruto stated. “We deeply value the commitment of our religious leaders in strengthening the moral foundation of our communities and in supporting the delivery of essential services.”
The meeting is part of a series of interactions the President has recently held with various stakeholders.
